On the 30th floor of Kobe Portopia Hotel where overlooking the city of Kobe and the sea, there is a restaurant that uses speciality products from Hyogo Prefecture and finest ingredients sourced locally and overseas. Naoki Kusumi made the artistic walls with the presence of earth.
