Nihon Yakiniku Hasegawa OMOTESANDO

March 2019 (Minato-ku, Tokyo)

Naoki Kusumi finished with plastering all the walls of the interior of Nihon Yakiniku Hasegawa OMOTESANDO that was newly opened in Minami Aoyama. The main cracked wall was made by putting water into the soil and kneading it, and using the material that could be cracked by the force of the soil when it was dried.
From such a natural thing, I created from the thought that I want you to feel "the nature of the soil".
The owner of the shop likes historical things flowers and vases are displayed everywhere, and the rice that can be served at the store is planted from rice planting on its own.
We did the plastering work to the shop where such "the real thing" gathered.
